Qontak Omnichannel has a Reports menu that you can use to view reports from conversations that have been carried out. The following is a display and a brief explanation of the Reports menu on the Qontak Omnichannel.

Brief explanations of the feature:

  • There are seven Report menus of different types: GeneralAgent Performance, Bot performance, Broadcast, Contacts, CSAT, CES, NPS, Call activity, and Export.
