How to Create an Email Campaign

Currently on Mekari Qontak Omnichannel, there is an Email Campaign feature that has many important functions in digital marketing, especially for building relationships with customers, increasing sales, and strengthening brand awareness. Here are the steps you can learn to create an Email Campaign.

Important
- The Email Campaign feature will only appear if you have subscribed to the latest package from Mekari Qontak. See package details here .

- After you have successfully subscribed, the following display will appear when you first access the Email page in the Campaign menu. Fill in the following data to start registering your email.

- Please always pay attention to the Email campaign quota. There are 10,000 email campaigns available for you to use.

  1. Log in to your Omnichannel account, then select the “Campaign” menu.
  2. Click the “Email” tab.
  3. Then click “Create campaign”.
  4. At the Campaign setup stage, fill in the Email subject, Sender name, and Recipient list. Then click “Next”.

    - If the Email sender display still looks like this, then you need to register an email for the campaign you are going to create. Contact our support team to register an email.

  5. Next, at the Template stage, select the template that you previously created in the Template menu, or you can click “Create new” to create a new template.rev.png

  6. Click “Preview” to see the template.
  7. The template preview will look like this. The image below shows a preview of the Desktop version of the template.
  8. For the Mobile version, it will look like this.
  9. Then click “Use template” to use the template.
  10. Then you will be directed to the Content editing page. At this stage, you can re-edit the template components and styles. If the entire template has been edited, click “Next”.
  1. Then you will be directed to the Additional setup stage. At this stage, you can simulate sending an email before the email is sent to the client. Click "Send test email" to continue. In addition, you can also save the template that has been created by clicking "Save template". When the email is ready to be sent, click "Send campaign".
  2. Then the Email Campaign that has been created and is being sent will appear on the main Email page with the status 'Sending'.
  3. To be able to see the details of the Email Campaign activity that has been sent, you can click "Actions", then select "View details".
  4. On this page, you can monitor Campaign performance and Campaign logs. In the Campaign performance section, you can monitor the number of recipients, Delivery rate, Open rate, and Bounce rate. Then in the Campaign logs section, you can see the Email Campaign that has been sent to the related Recipient list.
