The Campaign (Broadcast) menu is one of the features in the Chat Panel that allows users to be able to send messages to many people at once. This feature is also commonly known as campaign messages. Through campaign, we do not need to open the chat column of each person in the contact to send them the same message. You can save time and energy by sending messages to multiple contacts.

Here are the steps on how to create a list of messages to send via broadcast.

1. Log in to your Qontak Omnichannel account. 
2. Go to Campaign Menu and select Recipient lists.
   

3. To create a new list click "Create recipient list" and select "Upload file".
   

4. Fill in the Recipient list name.
   

5. Then select and download the template that has been provided.
   

6. Fill in the template according to the conditions below.
   
7. Re-upload the filled template by clicking “Browse” and click "Import".
   
   

   - For WhatsApp campaigns, you can import a recipient list of up to 50,000 recipients in a single file upload.
   - For Email campaigns, you can import a recipient list with a maximum number based on your daily base email quota. For example, if your base quota at the time of upload is 4,000, you can only import up to 4,000 recipients in a single file upload.
   The new limitation for Email Campaigns will take effect starting September 15, 2025, in line with the enforcement of the daily email sending quota.

8. A pop-up notification will appear if the data you submitted is correct.
