The All filters feature on the Customer page allows you to filter customer data based on various available criteria to find customers according to your needs. Previously, customer data could only be filtered based on Source and the last update time (Last updated at). If you needed more specific criteria, you had to create a segment first or search for customers manually.
With the All filters feature, you can use the nine provided filter columns to narrow down customer search results directly without creating a new segment. You can also specify filter values according to the available data types, such as selecting multiple options at once or specifying a date range.
In addition, the filter configuration used can be saved as a personal default setting so that it can be reused when you access the page.
In this guide, you will learn how to use the All filters feature to filter customer data according to the required criteria.
A. How to Manage Customer Data Filters
- Log in to your Qontak account, then select the Customers menu.
Then, in the All customers section, click “All filters”.
Next, select one or more fields to use through the field picker, including either default fields or custom fields, then specify the values to filter. You can select multiple values at once in a single field, such as Gender: male, female and Source: WhatsApp. If both fields are selected, the system applies the OR logic to values within the same field and AND logic to combinations across fields. Therefore, the filter results include customers whose gender is male or female and whose source is WhatsApp. Below is a detailed table explaining each field for your reference.
