In the Contacts Menu on the Omnichannel Qontak, you can view the entire list of saved Contacts. Here, you can also add new Contacts or even edit individual Contacts.

No. Feature Name Description 1 Filter Channels Filter messages based on Channels available in Contacts. 2 Filter Time Filter messages based on when the chat was created. 3 Actions Buttons to download Contact data and edit Contact data in bulk. 4 Create contact Create contact single and multiple data contact. 5 Search Contact Name To search for contacts by name. 6 Name Display customer name. 7 Channel The channel the chat comes from. 8 Last Updated (GMT+7) The date and time of the customer's last activity. 9 Actions Button to view Contact data in detail and delete Contact data.
Important!
- If you subscribed to Qontak Omnichannel in Q2 2024 but have not yet subscribed to Qontak CRM, you will not be required to remove your contact data in CRM when you subscribe to Qontak CRM.
- If you have already subscribed to both Qontak Omnichannel and Qontak CRM in Q2 2024, all contact data erased in Omnichannel will also be deleted in CRM. This also deletes your whole communication history. Please double-check before deleting any contact information.
