The Companies menu is used for database management. You can use this menu to manage all information and activities related to your customers' companies or businesses.
The Company page has now been updated with more optimal performance and a more user-friendly interface. Updates include data sorting features in the table, inline search, and a more structured submenu navigation to facilitate data management.
- Log in to your Mekari Qontak account and select the Companies Menu.
- Then you will see the following display.

Used to search for companies by name. The search box on the right side is used to search Company data based on the Company name. The search will start after the user enters at least 2 characters. If no Company data matches the search keyword or applied filters, the system will display a Data Not Found page (Not Found State). |
| 5 | Company Name | Displays a list of company names that have been added. |
| 6 | Type | Indicates the status/type of the company (e.g., partner/customer). |
| 7 | Last updated | Shows the date of the last update for the company data. |
| 8 | Added by | Displays information about the user who added the Company data into the system. |
| 9 | Actions | To manage the selected data, such as viewing details or deleting data. |
| 10 | Sort Column | To change the order of data in the column to ascending or descending. |
| 11 | Checkboxes | For selecting multiple data at once, such as modifying or downloading data. |
- If there is no Company data yet or no data matches the filter or search, the system will display an empty page (empty state).
- If the user does not have access rights to view Company data, the system will display a restricted access page (lock state), and the user needs to contact the Administrator to obtain access.
