The Inbox is an Omnichannel Qontak feature where customer service will serve all user complaints in the form of chat that enters the Inbox. To access Room History can only be accessed by Agents and Supervisors. Here are the steps to access room history:
- Open the Qontak Omnichannel App on your mobile phone and login.
You can turn on notifications and set the online status to get new messages.
- Select one of the conversation rooms in your inbox.
- In the conversation room, click the customer's profile.
- Then, click "Contact Room History" on the Contact Info page.
- Room History will display the history of the messages you selected earlier.
- You can choose one of the rooms' histories and view conversations with your customers.
