In the Customer Data Platform mobile app, the Customer Details page is now equipped with a feature to create, manage, and filter notes. Through this feature, you can document important information related to customers and find the needed notes more quickly.
Additionally, all saved notes are centralized on the Customer Details page, so you do not need to switch to another menu to view or update customer information. This helps improve efficiency in documenting customer details and ensures that every important piece of information can be accessed more quickly when needed.
Below are the steps to create, manage, and filter notes on the Customer Details page through the mobile app.
A. How to Add a Note
- Log in to your Qontak CRM Mobile account, then select the “Customers” menu.
- Then choose one Customer name to enter the Customer Details page.
- You will be directed to the following page. Then, in the Customer activity section, click the “Other” tab, then in the Notes section, click the ‘add’ icon.
Next, enter the notes you want to add in the following field. You can write your note in the available column.
There are note writing formats. You can edit and customize the content of the notes as needed. Below is an explanation of each text format available in the notes editor.

| Text Formatting | Used to format the appearance of text, such as Bold, Italic, Underline, and Strikethrough. |
| Alignment | Used to set text alignment (Text Alignment). |
| List | Used to create lists (Bulleted List, Numbered List). |
| Mention | Used to mention specific users within notes using the @ symbol. |
| Insert Link | Used to insert a link into the notes. |
| Insert Image |
Used to add images into notes. Users can upload up to 5 images per note in jpg, jpeg, png, and HEIF/HEIC formats. Each image must not exceed 10 MB in size. |
| Attach File |
Used to attach files to notes. Users can upload up to 5 files per note. Supported file formats include documents (doc, docx, pdf, zip), spreadsheets (csv, xls, xlsx), and presentations (ppt, pptx, key). Each file must not exceed 10 MB in size. |
| Voice Note |
Used to record and add voice notes into notes. - The system will automatically assign the voice note name based on the original file name uploaded by the user. |
The maximum number of characters that can be entered is 1,000 characters.
Then click “Save” to save the notes.
The created notes will then be saved in the Customer activity section.
B. How to Edit Notes
Click on one of the Notes.
Edit the note as needed. Then click “Save changes”.
A pop-up notification will appear indicating that your note has been successfully saved.
C. How to Delete Notes
On the note you want to delete, click the ‘minus’ icon.
- A pop-up message will appear. Click “Delete” to continue.
A pop-up notification will appear indicating that your note has been successfully deleted.
D. How to Filter Notes by Creator
In Notes, click “All creators”.
You can then filter the list of notes by selecting one or more note creators. Then click “Save”.
E. How to Manage the Order of Notes Display
On the Notes page, click the filter “Newest to Oldest”.
The notes will then reorder, and the system will sort from oldest to newest.
F. Notes Access Settings
Access to the segmentation feature is controlled through four types of permissions. Each permission supports three levels of access: All Access, Owned Only, and Disabled.
