The Inbox is an Omnichannel Qontak feature where customer service will serve all user complaints in the form of a chat that enters the Inbox.
To filter inboxes on Qontak mobile rooms, you need to follow these steps:
A. How to Access the Inbox Filter Feature on Mobile

Open the Qontak Chat App on your smartphone. Enter your email address and password that have been registered in Qontak, then click "Login". After a successful login, you can turn on notifications and set the online status to get new messages.
- In the Inbox list, click the "Filter" icon.
- You can choose filters based on WhatsApp Channel, Tags, Channel, and Agents, and to reset the filter, click "Reset" at the bottom of the page.
B. How to filter WhatsApp Channel in Inbox
- Check the WhatsApp Campaign on the Filters list, then click "Apply".
C. How to Filter Tags in The Inbox
- Click the "Filters" icon and Select Tags.
- Select the tags contained in the Tags list, then click "Select". You can also search for tags by typing text in the Search bar at the top of the list of tags options.
- Click "Apply" to apply the filter.
D. How to Filter Channels in your Inbox
- Click the "Filters" icon and Select Channels.
- Select a Channels in the Channels list. Example: Webchat.
- Select the Session you want to filter, for example: Open. Then, click "Select".
- Click "Apply" to apply the filter.
E. How to Filter Agents in inbox
- Click the "Filters" icon and Select Agents.
- Then, select one of the agents that you will filter. Then, click "Select". You can also search for agents by typing the text in the Search bar at the top of the Agents list.
