In Mekari Qontak, you can now integrate your Blibli Seller account. This integration allows you to receive and send messages to customers through Qontak. You can perform the Blibli integration automatically through ‘Self Integration’. Here are the steps.

To perform Self Integration, you must have the Blibli Seller API. Learn more here. 

1. Log in to your Blibli Seller store profile via the website.
2. Then click the “Store Info” button. In the Owner & Store Info section, you will see the Store Code. Copy that store code.
   
3. Next, switch to your Qontak Omnichannel account and go to the “Settings” menu.
   
4. In the Integrations tab, select Channel integration.
   
5. Then, in the Blibli section, click “Manage”.
   
6. Next, click “Add store”.
   
7. A pop-up will appear. Click “Get started” to continue.
   
8. The following screen will appear. Enter the store name, store code, and API password you obtained from your Blibli account, then click “Add” to proceed.
   
9. Your Blibli Seller account is now successfully connected. To resynchronize the connected store data with Blibli so that the latest information from Blibli can be updated in the Qontak system, click “Action”, then select “Sync”.
   
10. The following notification will appear indicating that the synchronization process is underway. Please wait a moment until the data is successfully synchronized.
