How to Integrate Lazada with Mekari Qontak

In Mekari Qontak, you can now integrate your Lazada Seller account. This integration allows you to receive and send messages to customers through Qontak. You can perform the Lazada integration automatically through ‘Self Integration’. Here are the steps.

  1. Go to the “Settings” menu.
  2. On the Integrations tab, select Channel integration.
  3. Then, under Lazada, click “Manage”.
  4. Next, click “Add seller”.
  5. A pop-up with the following information will appear. Click “Connect” to continue.
  6. You will then be redirected to the Lazada Openplatform App login page. Enter your Site (store location), Email, and Lazada account password, then click “Submit” to proceed.

  7. Your Lazada Seller account is now successfully connected. To resynchronize the connected store data with Lazada so that the latest information from Lazada can be updated in the Qontak system, you can click “Action”, then select “Sync”.
  8. A notification will appear indicating that the synchronization process is underway. Please wait a moment until the data is successfully synchronized.
