The Contacts menu on the Qontak Omnichannel functions to automatically store contact data for every customer message that enters the Inbox menu. The saved name will follow the customer name in the Inbox. To add a contact, there are two ways that you can follow, namely:

Important!
- If you were already using Qontak Omnichannel in Q2 2024 but had not yet subscribed to Qontak CRM, when you do, all of your current Omnichannel connections will be instantly transferred to CRM. You will not have to re-create them.
- If you already subscribe to both Qontak Omnichannel and Qontak CRM in Q2 2024, contacts created in Omnichannel will automatically appear in CRM.
- This applies to both Single Contact and Multiple Contact creation.
Technique 1: Single Contact
To add contacts individually in Qontak, follow these steps:
Click the Contacts menu.
Click the "Create contact" then click "Single Contact".
Kemudian, masukkan Full name pada kontak yang ingin Anda tambahkan.
Then select the Channel you want to connect to Contacts.
Then select the account that is integrated with the Channel.
Then fill in your email address.
Then click "Save".
Technique 2: Multiple Contact
You can also add contacts by uploading your contact list. The method is:
On the Contacts menu, click "Create contact", then select "Multiple Contact".

You can download the template that Contacts provides in the form of a CSV or XLXS file.

Enter the contact name list then click "Choose file" to add your file.
If so, click "Submit". Then, your file will automatically be uploaded to Contacts.
