How to Set Broadcast in Agents Management

Agents Management - Workload is a Qontak Omnichannel feature consisting of Division, Agent Allocation, Broadcast, and Workload where only Admin can add or make changes to existing features in agent management.

To display the broadcast menu on the Agent page, you need to follow these steps:

  1. Open your Omnichannel Account.

  2. Select the Settings menu, then click Agents Management.

  3. Select “Broadcast” and click toggle “ON/OFF”. Click “Save” to save the changes made.

    - If you activate the Agent can broadcast feature, the MFA feature will automatically be activated for all users with the Agent role.
    - Currently, there is the activation of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) which can help you maintain the security of your data on Qontak. If you have activated MFA with a certain role, then every time you log in, you will be asked to enter the OTP sent to your email.
    - If the status broadcast is “ON”, the menu will appear on the agent page so that the agent can broadcast like Supervisor and Admin, but if the broadcast status is “OFF” then the agent cannot broadcast because the broadcast menu will not appear on the agent page.
