In the Contacts menu, you can open, edit and delete contacts that have been created.
Important!
- If you already subscribed to Qontak CRM in Q2 2024 but not yet subscribed to Qontak Omnichannel, you won't need to delete your contact data in Omnichannel when you subscribe to CRM.
- If you already subscribed to both Qontak Omnichannel and Qontak CRM in Q2 2024, any contact data deleted in CRM will automatically be deleted in Omnichannel. This will also delete your entire conversation history. Please double-check before deleting any contact data.
- Go to the Contacts menu. Then, click the “Three dots” icon to make edits as shown in the image below.
When the contact name is clicked, you will be redirected to the contact page with more complete details.
- You can select Edit contact or Delete contact.
- If you select Edit contact, you will be directed to a page like the image below, then click the field you want to change/edit. When you have made edits to a contact, click “Save changes” to save the changed data.
- If you choose Delete contact to delete the contact you have, you can delete it by clicking “Delete” on the pop-up that appears as shown in the image below.
