Inbox is a Qontak Omnichannel feature where customer service will serve all user complaints in the form of chats that enter the Inbox.
To view open chat session hours via mobile, you need to follow these steps.
Open your Qontak Chat app from your smartphone.
Insert your username and password. Click the “Login” button to get started.
Go to the Inbox page and you can see the profile display which is equipped with an image (Clock) that indicates the session in the message. There are 3 sessions to know.
(Blue = still within 0-16 hours), (Yellow = less than 16-24 hours) and (Red = more than 24 hours).
