Inbox is a Qontak Omnichannel feature where customer service will serve all user complaints in the form of chats that enter the Inbox.
To receive messages, your Omnichannel status must be set to Online. Here's how to enable status on Omnichannel.
Open Qontak Chat app on your smartphone.
Insert your username and password. Click the “Login” button to get started.
When you successfully log in, a pop-up will appear to activate your status to be online.
- You can select “No Thanks” to stay in Offline status and select “Set to Online” to activate Online status.
- Furthermore, you can also change your online/offline status through the profile menu by sliding the existing tool.
When logging out of the mobile application, it does not mean that you have disabled the online status, so if you want to go offline, please change the status to offline first before logging out.
