To add a database “Contact” to the CRM dashboard can also be done via the mobile application. Here are the steps to add contacts to your CRM account via the mobile application.
Important!
- If you already subscribed to Qontak CRM in Q2 2024 but not yet subscribed to Qontak Omnichannel, you won't need to create new contacts in Qontak Omnichannel.
- If you already subscribed to Qontak Omnichannel and Qontak CRM in Q2 2024, contacts created in CRM will automatically be created in Omnichannel.
1. Open the “Qontak CRM” Application on your mobile application. Enter your Qontak email and password, then click “Sign in”.
2. Select the “Add Contact” icon.
3. Fill in the Contact Form with the data you want. If you have filled in the contact form, click the "Save changes" sign to save the data.
Columns marked (*) are mandatory.
4. Then, a new contact will appear in the list.
