Integration is a Qontak Omnichannel feature where customers can connect various platforms with chat panels such as Email to Instagram.

To see how the integration menu looks on the Web, you need to follow these steps:

  1. Open your Omnichannel Account. 

  2. The following is a web display that appears after you click the Integration menu with the features provided. You can integrate Qontak Omnichannel with Webchat, WhatsApp, Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, Email, Telegram, Twitter, Line Messenger, Livechat and Qontak CRM.

    The Integration menu provides several menus based on the platform to be integrated.
