How to Submit Media on Qontak Web Version

Inbox is a Qontak Omnichannel feature where customer service will serve all user complaints in the form of chats that enter the Inbox.

Here are some of the media provided in sending messages to the Inbox.

  1. Open your Omnichannel Account. 

  2. On the inbox page, you can click the "Attach" icon as shown below, so that automatically 4 types of media will appear to support you in responding to incoming messages.

    Description:
    Audio: You can send messages via voice by clicking on the "Audio" icon. Then, you are free to choose which audio you want to send.

    Document: You can send a message via a document by clicking on the "Document" icon. Then you are free to choose which documents you will send.

    Capture: You can send a message via picture by clicking the "Capture" icon so the camera will automatically request to take your picture.

    Photos and Videos: You can send messages via photos and videos by clicking the "Photos and Videos" icon. Then you are free to choose which photos and videos you want to send.
