There is now a Campaign History feature in Inbox that makes it easy for you to see the latest campaign history from customers. Check out the explanation below.

1. Go to the Inbox menu.
2. Then select one of the messages as in the following example.
   
3. Then you can see the Broadcast history by clicking "View history" as follows.
   
4. You will see the latest campaign history from the customer through the Campaign history page. Click on any campaign to see the related detailed information.
   
   

   This page displays the broadcast history for the last 7 days.

5. Then, the Campaign history details will appear as follows..
   
   

   The following are conditions that occur if there is no Campaign history in the last 30 days.
