How to Access Broadcast History Feature on Omnichannel Inbox Menu

There is now a Broadcast History feature in Inbox that makes it easy for you to see the latest broadcast history from customers. Check out the explanation below.

  1. Go to the Inbox menu.
  2. Then select one of the messages as in the following example.

  3. Then you can see the Broadcast history by clicking "See history" as follows.

  4. You will see the latest broadcast history from the customer through the Broadcast history page. Click on any broadcast to see the related detailed information.

    This page displays the broadcast history for the last 7 days.

  5. Then, the Broadcast history details will appear as follows..

    The following are conditions that occur if there is no Broadcast history in the last 7 days.
