How to Manage E-Commerce Integration Quota

On the Qontak e-commerce integration page, there is information that displays the e-commerce integration quota usage. Through this page, you can also see your usage and remaining quota. Here are the steps.

  1. Enter the Channel Integration menu.
  2. Then, click the “E-commerce” tab.
  3. Then you will see the e-commerce integration quota at the top.

    - By default, you will get 2 integration quotas.
    - The quota is reduced if you have integrated whether the integration was successful/failed.
    - Quota will be returned (refund) if you decide on integration.

  4. The quota shows how many stores you can integrate with Qontak Omnichannel.
  5. If your quota has run out, then when you integrate, you will see the following pop-up. And click "Consult now" to contact our support team.
  6. The e-commerce integration quota also has a validity period/expiration that follows the validity period of the main package you have. If the validity period expires, the integration will be automatically terminated.
  7. However, you will receive information via email 7 days before your package expires.

    Click "Contact support" to contact our support team and extend your active quota period.
