How to Access Broadcast Log Data for More than One Year

Mekari Qontak now limits the visibility of data in the campaign log feature to a maximum of one year. For example, campaign data that can be accessed on January 1, 2024 is broadcast data from January 1, 2023. In this case, campaign broadcasts before January 1, 2023 must be accessed via the Export menu. Find out more in the following steps.

  1. Log in to your Omnichannel account and select the Campaign menu.
  2. Next select the "WhatsApp" tab.

  3. Then on the Campaign page, select one of the campaign log data with Submission status 'Completed'.

  4. So in this case, the campaign log will not display broadcast data. Because the campaign log is older than a year, select "Go to Export".

  5. Next you will be directed to the Export page.

  6. Then in the Campaign logs section, click "Export".

  7. Select Campaign in the following sidebar menu.

  8. After selecting the Campaign, click "Export".

  9. Data will be processed separately and will be sent to your email.
  10. Next you will be redirected to the Export history page.

  11. If the email has been received, you can download the export data results via the attached file.
