In Mekari Qontak, you can now integrate your Shopee Seller account. This integration allows you to receive and send messages to customers through Qontak. You can perform Shopee integration automatically through ‘Self Integration’. Here are the steps.

Shopee integration with Qontak includes:
1. Connecting an Indonesian Shopee store to Qontak Omnichannel Inbox via OAuth.
2. Receiving and replying to Shopee customer messages through Qontak.
3. Connecting multiple Shopee stores to one Qontak account.
4. No token expiration, so the connection remains active until you manually disconnect.
Integration limitations:
1. Shopee stores from other countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, and Taiwan) are not supported yet.
2. Order management, product listings, and Shopee Ads are not available through this integration.
Sending messages through Shopee integration must comply with Shopee’s applicable chat policies. Make sure the content of your messages does not violate these policies. For more information, please review the Shopee Chat Violation Terms.
- Go to the “Settings” menu.
- On the Integrations tab, select Channel integration.
- Then, under the Shopee section, click “Manage”.
- Next, click “Add seller”.
- A pop-up with the following information will appear. Click “Connect” to continue.
- You will then be directed to the Shopee Openplatform App login page. Enter your Shopee account phone number and password, then click “Log in” to proceed.
- Your Shopee Seller account is now successfully connected. To resynchronize the connected Shopee store data so that the latest information from Shopee is updated in the Qontak system, you can click “Action”, then select “Sync”.
- The following notification will appear indicating that the synchronization process is underway. Please wait a moment until the data is successfully synchronized.
