On the Qontak Omnichannel, you can download conversation history and data on the Export menu. You can export all incoming messages by agent, contact to channel. Data that has been exported, you can view and download via email.
Here are the steps:
- Enter the Reports menu.
- Then select Export.
- Click "View export history" to export conversation data.
- Then, a pop up will appear as follows.
- Then, select the period whose data you want to download in the Period section .
- Select the desired Channel.
- You can choose based on a particular Agent.
- Finally, select the Contact you want to view.
- Then, click "Export".
- Then the export that you are doing is being processed, you can also click "Cancel" to cancel the export process.
- Furthermore, if the file has been exported, you will get a notification via email. And you can download the data by clicking the attachment in the email.
