On the Qontak Omnichannel, you can download conversation history and data on the Export menu. You can export all incoming messages by agent, contact to channel. Data that has been exported, you can view and download via email.
Here are the steps:
- Enter the Reports menu.
- Then select Export.
- Click “View export history” in the Chat section to export Chat data.
- You will then be directed to the Export history page. Click “Export” to continue.
- Then, a pop up will appear as follows.
- Then, select the period whose data you want to download in the Period section .
- Select the desired Channel.
- You can choose based on a particular Agent.
- Then, click "Export".
- Then the export that you are doing is being processed.
- Furthermore, if the file has been exported, you will get a notification via email. And you can download the data by clicking the attachment in the email.
