On Qontak Omnichannel, you can do Self Integration and Request Integration with Tokopedia Chat. Self Integration is an independent integration process that requires you to first create a Developer Console on Tokopedia.
Important
Before performing Self-integration, you need to access your Tokopedia Developer App Management page to get the API Credential. Click "Book consultation" on the Tokopedia submenu in the Integration menu to activate the Tokopedia chat integration and get direct guidance from us.
Here's how:
A. How to create the Tokopedia Developer Console
- Login to your Tokopedia seller account here.
- Then, you will be directed to create a Tokopedia Developer Console.
- You can fill in the following fields.
Information:
No. Column name Description 1 company name Enter your company name. 2 PIC Contacts name Enter the name of a person who can be contacted later. 3 Contact number Enter the phone number of the person who can be contacted later. 4 Business Registration Certificate (SIUP) Upload SIUP (Trade Business License) here.
Files must be in PDF format no larger than 2MB.
5 Company profile You can upload SIUP (Trading Business License) or NIB (Business Identification Number) here.
Files must be in PDF format no larger than 2MB.
6 Company website URL Enter your company website address. 7 Type of member Select Seller. 8 System Choose InHouse. - Then, you can wait a maximum of 3x24 hours for approval from the Tokopedia team to be sent to the user's email according to the email registered and used in the Tokopedia Developer Console.
- If your Developer Console account has been approved by Tokopedia, then you can proceed to the next process.
B. How to self-integrate Tokopedia Chat
- Log in to your Tokopedia Developer account or click here. Then, select App Management.
- Under App Management, you will see Live Apps. Click on your company name and select Authentication Management.
- On the Authentication Management page, save or copy your App ID and Client ID. Especially for Client Secret, click "View" to see it, and save or copy the credential.
- If you have saved or copied the API credentials. Open your Omnichannel Account in another tab.
- On the Channel integration menu, select Tokopedia.
- Then, click "Book consultation" to be contacted by our support team as soon as possible.
- If the Tokopedia submenu is active, the Add store button will appear, and you can click "Self integration"

The shop domain can be retrieved by logging into your Tokopedia account > Click “My shop” at the top right corner of your profile > You will be redirected to your shop and the domain is your shop domain link.
3 Store type Choose the type that suits your shop on Tokopedia. 4 Store domains Fill it with your shop link like the example

5 FSID Fill in the App ID according to the Tokopedia Authentication management page that you have copied. 6 ClientID Fill in the Client ID according to the Tokopedia Authentication management page that you have copied. 7 Client Secret Fill in the Client Secret according to the Tokopedia Authentication management page that you have copied. - After you have finished filling in the detailed information above, click "Connect".
- So, the Tokopedia integration process with your Qontak Omnichannel has been successfully connected with a Connected status.
