On Qontak, you can perform Self Integration with Tokopedia and TikTok Shop. Self Integration is a self-service integration process that requires. Here is how:

1. Go to the “Settings” menu.
   
2. In the Integrations tab, select Channel integration.
   
3. Then, in the Tokopedia & TikTok Shop section, click “Manage”.
   
4. Next, click “Add shop”.
   
5. A pop-up with the following information will appear. Click “Connect” to continue.
   
6. You will then be redirected to the Tokopedia Seller Center. Enter your Tokopedia account phone number and password, then click “Login” to continue.
    
7. Your Tokopedia Seller account will automatically be added on the Qontak page with a Connected status. To resynchronize the connected Tokopedia store data so that the latest information from Tokopedia is updated in the Qontak system, you can click “Action”, then select “Sync”.
   
8. A notification will appear indicating that the synchronization process is in progress. Please wait a moment until the data is successfully synchronized.
