On the WhatsApp Integrations menu you can change the Whatsapp display name easily. Here are the steps to change the Whatsapp display name.

  1. Log in to your Qontak account. Enter your Email and Password.

  2. Select the Channel Integration menu then select Whatsapp.

  3. After that, you will see the appearance of your Whatsapp account that is connected to Qontak. Click "Settings" to enter the Whatsapp Account settings view.

  4. To change the Whatsapp display name, click “Edit Display Name”.

    Make sure your account is connected with a Facebook Business Manager account.
    - If your account is already connected, then you will be directed to the Facebook Manager.
    - If your account is not connected, you must first log in to your account.

  5. Enter a new display name. Then click“Next”.

  6. After that, wait for your display name to be approved by Meta within a maximum of 1x24 hours.
