Admin Access Overview

In the use of the Chat Panel, Admin is one of the accesses used in accessing the chat panel with the following conditions:

  1. Open your Omnichannel Account.

  2. You will be directed to the main Omnichannel page.


    Admin can access Inbox, Broadcast, Contact, Chatbot, Reports, Finance and Channel Integrations.

  3. Under the conditions, Admin can also access online/offline status and room history in the inbox form.

  4. In the Channel Integrations Webchat Menu, Admin can connect a new Webchat widget by clicking "Add New Widget" opening the settings form by clicking "Settings" and enabling or disabling the Webchat Widget by clicking the "ON/OFF" toggle.


    If you click "Settings", the settings will appear as follows.

  5. On Channel Integrations Whatsapp, Admin can open the settings form by clicking "Settings" or clicking "+ Add Whatsapp Account" to connect a Whatsapp account.


  6. In Channel Integrations Facebook, Admin opens messenger by clicking the "open" icon and connects another Facebook account by clicking "+ Add Facebook Account".

  7. On the Instagram Channel Integrations menu, Admin can view registered Instagram and deactivate the Instagram account by clicking "Disconnect" and can also connect other Instagram accounts by clicking "Add Instagram account".

  8. On the Channel Integrations Email menu, Admin can open detailed email information that has been registered. As well as linking a new email by clicking "+ Add Email". And disable it by clicking the "shutdown" icon.

    Click an email > then the system will open the Email Account Information form.

  9. On the Channel Integrations Telegram menu, Admin can set up a telegram channel by clicking "Settings" or connecting a new Telegram channel by clicking "+ Add Telegram Channel". And disable it by clicking the "shutdown" icon.

  10. On the Channel Integrations Twitter menu, Admin can view Twitter accounts connected to Qontak and connect Twitter accounts by clicking "+ Add Twitter Account".

  11. On the Channel Integrations Line menu, the Admin makes settings and connects the Line account by clicking "+ Add Line Account".

  12. On the Channel Integrations Livechat menu, Admin can only see connected Livechat accounts and connect new Livechat accounts by clicking "+ Add New Integration".


    Click the "trash can" icon to delete the Livechat account.

  13. On the Qontak CRM Channel Integrations menu, Admin can see a list of registered Qontak CRM accounts and deactivate them by clicking the "shutdown" icon and connecting a new account by clicking "+ Add Qontak CRM Account".

  14. Meanwhile, on the Settings menu, Admin can access the following submenus.
