Log in to your Qontak account.
Click your profile on the right side of the page, then select “Account settings”, or click the following link https://launchpad.mekari.com/profiles/.
Then go to the “Personal Information” menu.
In the Phone number section, click “Verify” if the phone number you entered is correct.
Next, an OTP code will be sent to the registered WhatsApp number. Open the WhatsApp message from Mekari Account, then copy the received OTP code by clicking “Copy Code.” Make sure the OTP code has not expired before using it.
Enter the OTP code you copied earlier in the verification field, then click “Verify” to continue the phone number verification process.
Your phone number has been successfully changed and verified.
If the registered phone number is incorrect, click “Change” to replace the phone number.
