Configurations is a settings menu used to design the structure and policy of the Loyalty program. Through this menu, you can determine the types of currencies (currencies) used, arrange membership tiers (tier groups and levels), determine rule triggers (rule triggers), configure point earning rules (earning rules), and manage a catalog of rewards that can be used by customers registered as members.

One of the settings available in the Configurations menu is Currencies, which is used to define and manage the units of value used for collecting points in the Loyalty program. Currencies are divided into two categories: monetary, such as IDR and USD, and non-monetary, such as Points, XP, and Credits.

Through the Currencies settings, you can determine the name of the unit of value used in the Loyalty program, configure the currency type and maturation period, and set the validity period (expiry rule) for each unit of value created.
