Points & Rewards is a feature that displays transactional report data, such as detailed point usage history and member reward redemption reports.
The Points & Rewards menu consists of several tabs used to display point activity and the reward redemption process by members, namely Point Activity and Redemption.
A. Point Activity
The Point Activity menu records all balance mutations and change history in detail in the Headless Loyalty system. This menu facilitates the tracking of point/currency movements and provides full transparency into member balance additions (earning) and reductions (burning).

Filter Data |
A filter for filtering the displayed wallet data. In this case, you can filter the data based on the data displayed by the system, and the data will be displayed in the table. |
| 17 | Page size | Determines the number of data rows to display on one page (for example, 10, 20, 50, or 100 data entries), allowing you to adjust how conveniently you monitor the data list. |
How to Export Point Activity Data
Log in to your Mekari Officeless account. Then select the “Points & Rewards” menu.
Select the “Points Activity” submenu.
You will be directed to the Point History page. On this page, click “Export” and select the desired report format.
The downloaded Point Activity report and an explanation of each column are shown below.

Reward Redemption
The Redemption menu is a feature for monitoring all reward redemption activities performed by members. This menu provides full visibility into the reward distribution status, from code issuance to final use by the member, to ensure that the claiming process follows operational procedures.
