Custom Permission in Customer Data Platform (CDP) allows the Owner or Admin to manage each role’s access rights to customer data.
With this feature, you can determine the data and menus that each role can access, such as Customers, Customer Notes, Loyalty Wallet, and Customer Segment. Access rights can be set to Everything, Own, or Disabled according to your needs.
These settings determine the menus that can be viewed and the scope of data that can be accessed by each role.
With Custom Permission, you can manage access in greater detail so that each role can only view and perform actions according to its authority. This helps maintain data security while ensuring that work can still be completed without providing excessive access.
