After completing all the Qontak Appointment configurations, you can start creating bookings for customers. This feature allows you to schedule appointments based on services, staff, and available schedules.
Important
This feature can be accessed by users with the role of Admin, Supervisor, or Agent. Make sure the selected location has active services as well as qualified, working, and available staff.
Here are the steps.
Log in to your Qontak account. Then select the “Home” menu.
- On the next page, click on the Qontak Labs section.
- You will be directed to the following page. Click “Explore Features” in the Qontak Appointment section.
Next, you will be directed to the main page of Qontak Appointment. Then select the “Bookings” menu.
- Then, click “New booking”.
The following screen will appear. At the Location selection stage, choose the location where the booking will take place, then click "Continue" to proceed with creating the booking.
Next, at the Service stage, select the service according to your needs. Then click “Continue” to proceed.
Then at the Date & slot stage, set the date of the booking and select the staff. Also, choose the available booking time.
If the message "No open slots from the server for this date and staff" appears, it means there are no available schedules for the selected staff on that date. Make sure the staff still has active working hours and does not have another appointment at the same time. You can select another date or staff member who still has available time slots.
Then click “Continue”.
At the Customer stage, fill in the name and phone number of the customer making the booking. Click “Continue” to proceed.
Next is the final stage, Confirm. Please ensure that the entered data is correct, then click “Confirm booking” to confirm the booking.
The booking result will then appear on the following page.
