1. GPS Check-In
The GPS Check-In report displays a Google Maps map showing the User's Check-In location on the Tasks that are selected within a specific time period. When a check-in location is clicked, it will display the User name, check-in location address, and check-in time. Unlike other charts, the check-in locations shown are for all pipelines, not those selected in the filter bar.
2. Customer Geolocation Map
The Customer Geolocation Map report displays a Google Maps map with an additional 2 types of icons indicating the location of Contacts and Company addresses. Contacts and Company data whose addresses will be displayed are Contacts and Company which have the type of Customer in the Properties field, Status on the Contacts Menu, and Type in the Companies menu.
The company's icon is orange while Contact's icon is blue. If the icon is clicked, it will display the item name, address, website, telephone number, average deal amount, smallest deal amount, largest deal amount, and the date the item was made. There are additional filters in this report depending on the information that appears when the icon is clicked.
3. Live GPS Attendance Tracking
The Live GPS Attendance Tracking report displays a Google Maps map that shows the GPS location from the user Check-In to the user Check-Out on the mobile application. This report records the user's journey along with the percentage of device battery used in the form of checkpoint points and dark blue paths according to the path traversed by the user of the mobile application.
This report synchronizes every XX:00 hour interval whose checkpoint details can be checked in the table on the left in the report or by clicking on the checkpoint. There are additional filters in the form of date and user that can be selected as desired.
