Targeting Report Type generally contains an overview of the results of sales or CRM user performance against targets that have been determined by the supervisor or CRM user with the Admin role.
1. Targets by Month
The Targets by Month report displays a stacked bar graph with 2 different types of reports.
The top stacked bar marked with dark blue & orange shows the comparison between the predetermined Target Deal (Value) and the total Deal (Value) in Stage Won.
The bottom stacked bar marked with light blue & turquoise displays the ratio between the Target number of Deals (Count) that has been determined and the total number of Deals (Count) in Stage Won.
The period in the chart does not follow the time filter on the filter bar but has a specific period, namely the months of the year. The total amount of Deal (Value) follows the default currency selected by the User.
The Deal that counts refers to the time at which the Deal has shifted to the Won stage. Example: Deal 1 was made on May 9, 2018, and then shifted to the Won stage on July 14, 2018, then the Deal will enter the total deal amount for the July 2018 period.
