The Email Service Provider feature on the Qontak CRM dashboard is used to set an email address that will be used as the sender ID for emails sent through the CRM dashboard. Accounts with Member or Admin access can change the email of each account.
Changes made will only change the appearance of the account. To connect an email to an Email Service Provider CRM can be done in the following ways:
Click the Properties menu.
Select the Email Service Provider tab. Then, connect your email by selecting one of the available email types.
If you click “Connect with Exchange” the following screen will appear, please enter your email and password.
If a notification appears, it means that your email has been successfully connected.
