The Properties menu is used to edit and add fields/properties on certain menus, such as deals. You can edit, add, and set fields/properties on the Deals Menu, with the following steps:
- Select Menu Properties .
- Select the Deals tab - Properties . Click " Create a property " to add a new property.
- Then, a display like the following will appear.

No. Column/Button Names Description 1 Field name Fill in the name of the property deals. 2 Field type Select the field type (free-text, drop-down, upload, multiple select, autofill, and so on) 3 feature association Select feature association. 4 Field values Select the value field if available. 5 Deals list view Check to show this property in the list view of Deals. 6 Add pipelines Click to bring up the following options.
- Select pipeline: Select the pipeline you want to display in the property.- Required: Check if this pipeline is mandatory.
- “-” icon: Click to delete pipeline.
7 Cancel/Save Click Cancel to return to the previous page, or "Save" to save. - To add or edit properties/fields when filling out a deal, you can click "Edit".
- Then, a display like the following will appear.

No. Column/Button Names Description 1 Field name Edit the name of the property deals if necessary. 2 Field type Change the field type if needed (free-text, drop-down, upload, multiple select, autofill, and so on) 3 Content option Select the content option or click the “-” icon to delete it. If you choose to delete it, a pop-up will appear as follows.
You are asked to move data to an available option. Click “Remove” to continue deleting content and moving data.
4 Add options Click to add a list of content options. 5 Deals list view Check to show this property in the list view of Deals. 6 Select/Add pipeline You can select and add pipelines here. Click the “-” icon to delete the pipeline. 7 Delete properties Click to delete the property. Then, a confirmation pop-up as the following appears. Click "Delete" to continue deleting. 8 Cancel/Save Click Cancel to return to the previous page, or "Save" to save. - To set the properties, click "Customize properties".
- Then, you will be redirected to the Deals properties custom page.

No. Column/Button Names Description 1 Created by You can choose to create these custom properties. 2 Sort the fields Check the available fields according to your needs. 3 Deal association Tick any Deals association that you want to associate your deal with. 4 List of Fields and Deals association You can sort the order of the Fields and Deals association that you have selected according to the Sort the fields and Deals association tab. - Then, click "Apply" if it's appropriate .
