In the Qontak mobile CRM application, you can only add Tasks individually. To add tasks individually or individually, you can follow the steps below:
- Open the “Qontak CRM” apps on your smartphone.
- Enter your Username and Password, then click "Login".
- Click the Task menu, then click the “+” icon to add task data.
- In the Task information section, fill in the data you want.
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
- Then in the Association section, you can determine the association of the company, new or existing contact, and Deal.
- Next in the Other section, you can determine the Detail/plan, Next step/result, Live GPS location, Attachment, Photo, Signature, and the To-do list Task details.
- If all the data has been filled in, click "Save".
- The Task data that has been created will appear on the main Task page.
