How to Add Tasks on Qontak Mobile

In the Qontak mobile CRM application, you can only add Tasks individually. To add tasks individually or individually, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Open the “Qontak CRM” apps on your smartphone.
  2. Enter your Username and Password, then click "Login".
  3. Click the Task menu, then click the “+” icon to add task data.
  4. In the Task information section, fill in the data you want.

    Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

  5. Then in the Association section, you can determine the association of the company, new or existing contact, and Deal.
  6. Next in the Other section, you can determine the Detail/plan, Next step/result, Live GPS location, Attachment, Photo, Signature, and the To-do list Task details.

  7. If all the data has been filled in, click "Save".

  8. The Task data that has been created will appear on the main Task page.
