In Qontak, you can download Deals data. You can choose whether to download all Deals data or only specific data through “Download by layout”. Here are the steps:
A. How to Enable and Disable 'Download by Layout'
Log in to your Qontak account.
Then, select the “Settings” menu.
Click the “Customizations” tab, then select Layout.
Next, click “Download settings”.

Enable the “Download by layout” feature if you want to download Deals data using the selected layout. With this feature, you can limit the fields downloaded according to each layout, or disable it to include all fields.
If the “Download by layout” feature is disabled, the downloaded Deals data will include all fields, including fields hidden by the layout.

B. How to Download Deals Data by Layout
Go to the Deals menu.

On the All deals tab, click “Board View” on the right side of the Deals page.
You can also download deals data in ‘List view’ mode.
Then, select the deals you want to download.

Then click “Actions” and select “Download selected”.
The following is what appears when you select Download selected from the deals page in ‘List view’ mode.

After that, a pop-up like the following will appear. In this pop-up, you can specify the settings and data to be included in the downloaded file. In this case, the file format is set by default to XLSX. Next, click the dropdown Layout to specify the layout of the deal data to be downloaded.

Next, specify the fields you want to download by selecting the desired field types. The following shows each category of fields you can select:
a. Deal info
b. Default fields
c. Custom fields
d. Associations
Then click “Download”.
If the following notification appears, it means that the data download is being processed. You can also monitor the download progress by clicking “Track progress”.
You will then be directed to the Upload/Download page in the Settings menu. The successfully processed file will be sent to your email.
