Qontak provides various filter tabs that can be used to quickly group tickets based on certain categories. This feature helps you manage, monitor, and find tickets more easily according to their status or assignment. In the explanation below, you will learn the function of each available filter tab.

A. Filter Assign Ticket through the ‘All Tickets’ tab

  1. Go to the Tickets menu.
  2. Click the “All Tickets” tab.
  3. On this page, you can monitor all tickets in Qontak CRM. You can use the “All Filters” feature to perform further filtering.
     

B. Filter Assign Ticket through the ‘Assigned to my team’ tab

  1. Go to the Tickets menu.
  2. Click the “Assigned to my team” tab.
  3. This page displays the total number of tickets assigned to your team from all available pipelines. If you belong to more than one team, this page will show tickets from all your teams.

C. Filter Assign Ticket through the ‘Assigned to me’ tab

  1. Go to the Tickets menu.
  2. Click the “Assigned to me” tab.
  3. On this page, you can see all tickets that are assigned to you.

D. Filter Assign Ticket through the ‘Unassigned’ tab

  1. Go to the Tickets menu.
  2. Click the “Unassigned” tab.
  3. On this page, you can see all tickets that have not been assigned to anyone.

E. Filter Assign Ticket through the ‘Reported by me’ tab

  1. Go to the Tickets menu.
  2. Click the “Reported by me” tab.
  3. This page displays all tickets created by you as the reporter (reporter). If you want to add or change the assignee, you can click “Actions” then select “Edit”.
