Tags Overview

Settings is a Qontak Omnichannel feature where customers can control or make adjustments to processes or efforts to achieve goals.

To create Tags on the Web, you need to follow these steps.

  1. Open your Omnichannel Account. 

  2. Select Settings, then click Inbox.

  3. Select “Tags” to create new tags, then fill in the “Create Tag” field and click the “Add” button to save the tags that have been created.

  4. The pop-up notification “Successfully Created!” will appear if the data you saved is correct.

  5. The data you have created will appear in the tags list with the edit and delete actions provided.
