Office Hours Overview

Settings is a Qontak Omnichannel feature where customers can control or make settings on processes or efforts to achieve goals.

You must follow these steps to set working hours (Office Hour & Non Office Hour) on the Web.

  1. Open your Omnichannel Account.

  2. Select the Settings menu, then click Inbox.

  3. Then, select “Office Hours” to display the clock settings. If your service hours have been set or changed, click "Save" to save the changes.

    In Office Hours, you can set the service's operating hours and the time zone of the desired country.
