How to View Deals Appearance on Mobile Version

Qontak CRM is available in 2 versions, web and mobile versions. So, if you want to manage your deals, you can do so directly on the Deals Menu in your Qontak mobile app. Here's what the mobile version of Deals looks like:

  1. Login to your Qontak CRM account.
  2. Click the Deals Menu, at the bottom of the menu and the display of the mobile version of the Deals Menu will be displayed as follows.

    Only deals at certain workflow stages are what you can see in more detail.

1 Pipeline To make it easier for you to group deal data based on the type of flow that must be completed.
2 Search bar To be able to search for the desired deal, by writing the name of the deal or other deal details.
3 Filter To filter deals based on Owner, Team, Company Association and Deals, Created date, Modified date, and all properties in the deal menu.
4 Deal Total  Total amount of Deals.
5 Deal list List of Deals that have been made.
6 Tap Tag Deal Click on these tags to access lists of customers, companies, and product types.
7 Add Deal icon Click the icon to add a Deal.
8 Ikon titik tiga Click on the icon to edit, duplicate, move stages, or delete a Deal.

If you cannot edit the Deal as shown in the following display, it means that your Deal is in the “Frozen stage”. Please contact your Admin/Super Admin to deactivate the “Freeze stage” feature. You can also learn more about this feature here.  

9 Three dots icon at the top Click on the icon to Sort deals or Adjust card.
10 Deal Stage Deal Stages. In the following display example, the Deal stage is at ‘Qualified’.
