How to Login to Qontak Omnichannel Mobile version

This is a guide on how to log into a Qontak Omnichannel account via mobile. Here are the steps you can follow.

Make sure your device meets the following criteria:

- Android OS version 5.0 and above.
- Minimum RAM 3GB.
- Storage space / free storage remaining above 1 GB (Memory).

iPhone, IPad, iPod
- iOS version 9.0 and above.
- In the Qontak application on IOS devices support from iPhone 5s and above with IOS 9 and above.
- In the Qontak application on Android for a minimum OS of 5.0 and above.
Compatible with devices:
- iPhone 5S and up.
- iPad Air and up.
- iPod touch (6th generation) and above.

  1. Open your Qontak chat application.

  2. Enter your Username and  Password, then click  Login.

  3. You will be redirected to the  Omnichannel main page .

If you experience the following problems:
1. Inbox menu display on Qontak Chat cannot display chat.
First, make sure that you have downloaded the Qontak Chat application through the App Store or Play Store. If you open Qontak Chat in a browser, the inbox view does not display the inbox menu to the fullest with the caption "Time to start conversations". If you already have the Qontak Chat application, the inbox menu view will function optimally.

2. The Qontak Chat application experiences a long loading, gets stuck on the Qontak logo screen, or the message “Qontak Chat is not responding” appears.
We recommend you do the following:
Do clear the cache on the cellphone. You can enter the settings menu and open your Qontak Chat application, then clear the cache.
For Android/iOS users,
You can try updating the application. If you are still experiencing the same problems, you can reinstall the Qontak Chat application.

3. The message “Session Expired. Please login again”.
Then, log in again by inputting your appropriate Omnichannel username and password. If you are still experiencing the same problem, you can reinstall the Qontak Chat application via the Play Store or Apps Store.
