How to Open, Edit, and Delete Product in the Mobile Version of Qontak

In the Qontak CRM's Product menu, you can open, edit, and delete products that have been created. Simply follow these steps.

  1. To open a product or view product details, you can click the "More" button, then select Products.


  2. Click the "pencil" edit icon as in the image below to make edits.

    When the product name is clicked you will be redirected to the product page with more complete details.

  3. To make edits to a product, you can do the steps above, then click the field you want to change/edit. After that, click the "✓" icon to save the changes.


  4. If you want to delete a product that you own, click the "Delete" icon as shown in the image below.


  5. If a pop-up "You have successfully deleted a contact" appears, your contact data has been successfully deleted.
