How to Add Product Unit in the Web Version of Qontak

In the Products menu , you can add the type of product you want. The following steps are the reference for adding products to the CRM Qontak Web Version .

  1. After you have successfully logged in, you will see the product menu on the left. To add a product, you can click the Products menu, then click +Add Product, and + Single  Products .

  2. When adding a product, make sure the fields that you need to know are already in the Qontak CRM product fields and that when filling out the information that you will enter is neatly filled in. In the product menu, you can fill in important information from the name, price, and others.

      When filling out, you must pay attention to the red asterisk (*) with the name of the field, which means you are required to fill in the field.

    2. Product display with active Subcategory
      If you activate Subcategory pada Properties, there are additional columns as follows.

  3. After you have finished filling out the data, click "Save" to save data.
