In general, Reports contain data based on data entered in the CRM application.
To add a report to the Dashboard, do the following steps:

Click the "Reports Template" menu.

There are several categories of reports that you can choose to add to the Dashboard.

Click “Add to Dashboard” next to the report title to add the report to the dashboard.

Click “Remove to Dashboard” next to the report title to delete the report from the dashboard.
