On Qontak, you can open, edit and delete tasks that have been created. To do so, you can go to the Tasks Menu.
Here are the steps:

To open the Task or view the details of the task you can click the Task Menu.

Then click the "Pencil" icon to edit the task.

Then, edit the column you want to replace. Then click "Edit" to save the data.
- Now, there is an additional Reporter column to identify the user who created or uploaded the single task via template.
- The Reporter column cannot be changed after the Task is created. Based on this, in the Task edit view, this column will be disabled to prevent changes.
- Now, you can monitor the Activity Log of the Task that has been created. Click “Open full screen in a new tab” as follows.
- Then you will be directed to the following page. On this page, click the “Activity log” tab.
- Then the Activity log will look like this.
- In addition, there is an update on the 'Show more' button.
- When clicked, additional columns will be displayed. If the user does not click the 'Show more' button and tries to save with empty columns, the section will automatically expand to show the empty columns. -
If you want to delete a task, you can click the "Trash" icon on the task to be deleted.

Then, click "Remove" to delete the task data or click "No" to cancel the action of deleting the task.
